Congregate Meals for Seniors on Whidbey Island
Congregate meals are designed to provide seniors with nutritious meals. They are available to any senior who meets the criteria, which is often just a minimum age.
Congregate meal programs have many benefits in addition to nutrition. They give seniors a reason to get out, socialize and even volunteer their time.
